I just want to give a massive shout-out to my A***n. At only 17 he already shows a maturity that is rare for his age. He works incredibly hard, gets on with what’s asked of him without a word of complaint, and is wonderful with the younger children. He speaks so well with his peers and is always ready to step in and help at the club. We are so proud of the young man he is becoming.

Just wanted to share this little moment from training.
One kid holding on, the other crawling forward — both smiling the whole time.
These kinds of partner drills do so much more than just physical training. They quietly build confidence, trust, and real friendships.
Love seeing the kids support each other like this.

When I'm not teaching at the club I'm usually giving my time to charities and helping those in need. I've been teaching at Kaleidoscope since around October last year. Today we got round to doing a grading for our adults and what a good grading it was.

For me belts are a symbol of progression of ones self, it's not about who punches or kicks the best but who shows up for themselves, who shows that they're willing to improve their physical and mental well-being. Big well done to these ladies and gents.

Massive well done to Binu who's passed his Yellow Belt grading last evening. He even wanted a photo of us which was nice! The guy works hard towards his goals and is always focused.
