Girls I am fed up hearing ‘But I am 40, I have left it too late to change my body’
Girls age is just a number and with the right nutrition and fitness programme we can have a stronger body than we had in our 20s. Yes we may have some stretch marks from carrying our babies, yes out skin may not be as firm but we can grow muscle.
Nutrition is key. Not cardio, not hyrox, not les mills classes. Yes these can help with heart health and also they are fun and a great to add to our training . However they will not get you the strong , toned body. This is why you maybe have that skinny soft look.
Nutrition and lifting weights are key.
