Four years developing the J.Laverack Aston Martin .1R changed the way we thought about titanium bicycle design.

It showed us what additive manufacturing could make possible, and made us wonder how much further we could take our own titanium frames.

The result is AM64.

Depending on frame size and specification, AM64 can save between 150–300g. But it was never just about making a lighter bicycle.

It gave us the freedom to rethink the frame itself — creating flowing, seamless transitions and details that simply weren't possible for us before.

Underneath it all remain the J.Laverack geometries, bespoke fit and approach to bicycle design we've spent years refining.

AM64 isn't about changing what makes a J.Laverack a J.Laverack.

It's about seeing how much further we can take it.

At the heart of this latest J.Laverack GRiT is a handcrafted 62cm titanium frame, built in our Rutland workshop.

Its hand-brushed finish gives the titanium a classic, timeless character, complemented by our engraved headbadge.

Made for adventure, the GRiT is equally at home on gravel, road and everything in between – whether taking the long way home or following the road until it becomes a track.

Paired with our ÆRA Gravel Adventure Fork, SRAM Force 2x12 groupset and ENVE SES 3.4 carbon wheels, this is a build made to go further.

A Commission in Detail...

This bespoke J.Laverack J.ACK features a fully custom painted ENVE fork inspired by WW1 dazzle ship camouflage. The colours were matched to the customer's specification and perfectly matches the Supacaz bar tape with another red accent from the Chris King seat post clamp.

Each detail has been carefully considered — resulting in a bike that’s a true one off.
