At VitalPlus, the goal was to introduce dedicated strength training without reducing the flexibility of the group exercise studio.

By transforming an unused rear wall into a series of bespoke Shadow XD Half Rack training pods, we created individual strength stations that support multiple users while keeping the main training floor open for larger group sessions.

WestWood Club, Westmanstown - Gym Tour

What was once an underused space is now a high performing, dual purpose studio.

Built to host both Les Mills Ceremony and Conquer, the space combines bespoke rig design, integrated storage, and engineered flooring to support high intensity training while maintaining clear flow and a premium member experience.
