Humid night last night. Peace and calm of tai chi session was ruined by England's first half of stress....thankfully restored later.

We have had a couple of questions recently on whether we do a beginners class. We don't as such. Anyone can start at any point and we all learn from each other on our journey. We never stop learning.

While stuck in a long traffic queue on Tuesday evening there was a programme on Radio4 called, "Should you improve your balance?"

The answer of course was yes, but the more they went into why this was so important I kept thinking of tai chi. Then lo and behold the experts and guest suggested tai chi as top of the list to help.
