Due to the extreme heat today, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all Street Dance and Commercial classes this evening.
The safety and wellbeing of our dancers and teachers is always our priority. With the high temperatures inside the studio, we don't feel it's safe to run our Street Dance classes tonight.

Giving our oldest acro the freedom and challenge to create an acro sequence, supporting creativity, understanding of the style, and control, creating innovative choreography 🙌
Join us at Embody dance studio every Tuesday or Thusday for Acro 2 and 3, where you will:
🤸♀️Practise Strength and Flexibility using a variety of drills!
🤸♀️ Develop Acro technique including balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.

🌍✈️ Bon Voyage, Ceri! 💛
At the end of July, we'll be saying goodbye to our wonderful Ceri as they set off on the adventure of a lifetime, travelling around the world! 🌎
The journey begins in Scotland... and after that, who knows where it will lead! 🗺️✨
