40 years ago this very day TFC opened. Originally known as Muscle World and subsequently changed to The Fitness Centre and now TFC GYM. Dave Howe the original owner, was something of a pioneer then as when he opened the gym there was no proper gyms in Nuneaton. Dave owned the gym for 32 years with myself taking over ownership 8 years ago. Not many people know this I actually trained at the gym on its opening day. Over those 40 years myself and Dave have met some amazing people and some colourful characters ( we could write a book). I’d like to take this opportunity the thank everyone who have supported the Gym over these past 40 years and hope you’ll stick with us for the next 40 years.
