My passion for fitness has led me to compete in a number of sp
orts, including Boxing, in which I had experience in within the Navy, BJJ which I ducked at and bodybuilding in which a have two third place trophies in the first time red and British open 2020. I have experience coaching a wide range of clients, from pre-entry military personnel, looking to get fit before starting their basic training to weight-loss clients and working mums looking to build confidence, tone up and shape a stronger, fitter and healthier body. You name it, I have probably done it! I am a vastly well-rounded personal trainer with an array of specialist qualifications, including; CrossFit and athletics coaching, coaching with disabled clients and military PT and leadership. I can adapt my training approach to suit almost any client and prove I can deliver results with each and every one, time and time again. Just recently in the last few years I suffered bad with my mental health and with addiction of which I have managed to come out of the other end a year later standing on a stage with crowds cheering my name. I am absolutely passionate and uncontested on my belief in that mental health and fitness can come together as one bringing them both forward to a positive.
