Fab camping weekend with family with Ade showing the kids how to fish. kids absolutely loved catching their 1st fish.

Below are the rules for both competitions, yes it’s a bit of fun but it has to be fair! All the weighing will be done with the same set of scales, we are still deciding if to use keepers or not, prizes will be announced shortly 🎣🎣

If you have keepnets can you please bring them with you for the weekend, we are still debating using them but you have them just in case that would be good 👍 or if you have any spare keep nets please bring them

A lot of fish out again at the weekend, some absolute lumps in the sun again well done all 🎣🎣

Don’t forget this weekend is bank holiday and we are having various comps going on starting with the junior fishing competition on Saturday and the Adult competition on Sunday, rules to follow also prizes will be announced on the day! As we are waiting on confirmation on these ( yes I have changed the dates as I got them wrong lol )

🎣🎣BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND🎣🎣 we have our annual bank holiday fishing competitions, sat 9am until 12 midday will be the Junior Fishing Competition, biggest weight caught will take the title, if you have keep nets then please bring them.
Sunday 29th 8am until 12 midday will be the 16 and over competition, biggest weight will take the title, again if you have keep nets please bring them. Both competitions will be a first come on the day has first chance to pull a peg from the hat! There is only 15 pegs available and the lake will be closed for these competitions. Normal fishing will resume afterwards on both days……Stay tuned for more details
