Nuneaton & Bedworth Swimming Club

Today was the Swim England Midland Regional Open Water Development Programme! It was a great experience for our swimmers and we are so proud of those selected!

Earlier this week, Coach Tom Vince and our Captain Maddie Richards attended the Summer Fair at Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in Coventry promoting and raising money for the club!!!

We are gearing up for a weekend of racing with our End of Season Open Meet! First warm-up is at 1:30pm tomorrow! 🏊🏊‍♂️🏊🏽‍♂️🏊

Visiting clubs are advised to bring extra drinks/fluids 🥤 as it will still be quite hot tomorrow! ☀️ Please also only bring small bags so air circulation isn't obstructed 🪭

At the regional open water championships, Denis Neimanis-Kosarevs became a bronze medalist in the 3km.

Denis has now qualified for the open water championships in July at Rother Valley Country Park!!

An exciting summer ahead for our dolphins across British, English, Welsh and open water nationals! 🐬

Cerys is already a Welsh national medalist so we are looking forward to her races this summer!!

Over halfway through now and today’s national swimmer if Rocco Murphy!!!
If you couldn’t tell, we have multiple brother/sister duos who have qualified for nationals and we announced Rocco’s brother yesterday!
