The Yoga Place Nottingham

Our next yoga retreat is Nov 20-22nd
near Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria.

Places are limited to 12 people.
All levels are welcome from complete beginners onwards. Each person will receive individual help and guidance to develop their understanding of the yoga.

The course will include flowing classes, technique classes, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

The venue is an eco-friendly, Scandinavian style wooden building. It’s ideal for an autumn retreat; warm and cosy, complete with a sauna.
