Fat Burning Fun Fitness will be held in the Sports Hall at Becket school on Wednesday evenings at 7.40pm from September 3rd 2014. Fat Burning Fun is a light hearted, fun dance fitness class where there is a little bit of something for everyone with a wide range of music and styles from a variety of fitness programs such as Zumba and FitSteps. My fitness classes start up again tomorrow. I’ve got the routines back in my head, so as it is such a beautiful day I am just getting in some last minute rays whilst practising ‘tummies in, shoulders down, don’t forget to breathe and smile’ . Hmmm I wonder if I can still count to 8?
Currently we are on our Holidays. We hope to see you when we return on Wednesday September 3rd. x
