But what if force isn’t the only way to get there?

Sometimes the next step is action.

Sometimes it is listening.
Sometimes it is allowing yourself to receive.

You don’t have to abandon the dream.

Perhaps you’re simply being invited to change how you walk towards it.

✨ Happiness is an inside job.

That doesn't mean we will never experience disappointment, fear, frustration or sadness.

It means those emotions don't have to become where we live.

Today's Divine Mystical Message brought through a powerful reminder about trust, compassion, inner wisdom and gratitude.

Sometimes we're so focused on changing what's happening outside of us that we forget to notice what's happening within.

And I had to practise this myself today.

My day didn't unfold the way I expected it to. There were delays, frustrations and moments when I had to consciously ask myself:

What can I learn from this?

Perhaps happiness isn't about maintaining a permanent state of bliss.

Perhaps we can begin somewhere simpler:

Contentment.

Finding something, however small, that we can appreciate right now.
