📢 ADULTS GYMNASTICS UPDATE 🤸‍♀️
Unfortunately, this Monday’s Adults session (8–9pm) at our Ilkeston site is cancelled.
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding! 💙
The good news is that our Wednesday Adults session (8–9pm) is still going ahead as normal — so come along and say hello !🤸‍♂️✨

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE – HEAT
Due to the rising temperatures in the gym, we have made the following changes to today’s sessions:
❌ Recreational & Pre-School sessions are CANCELLED.
⏰ Squad & Advanced sessions will go ahead but will FINISH AT 6:15PM today.
💧 We have multiple fans operating throughout the gym, are reducing session intensity and increasing hydration breaks to help keep our gymnasts safe and comfortable.
Please ensure gymnasts arrive with plenty of water and refrain from attending if they are unwell or unlikely to cope with the heat.
💙 Gymnast safety is always our priority.

☀️ IMPORTANT HEAT UPDATE ☀️

We are still open today, but with some extra measures in place to help keep our gymnasts safe and comfortable in the heat. 💙

💧 Please make sure your gymnast arrives with plenty of water/drinks to stay hydrated throughout their session.

🌬️ Multiple fans are being used around the gym
🤸 Sessions will be less intense
💦 We will have more frequent hydration breaks

Please do not bring your gymnast to their session if they are unwell or you feel they are unlikely to cope with the heat. Their health and safety will always be our top priority. ❤️

🚨 ALL PRESCHOOL SESSIONS TODAY ARE CANCELLED due to the heat.

📢 Stay & Play Cancellation

Due to low booking numbers, we have made the decision to cancel the Stay & Play session at our Ilkeston site tomorrow, Tuesday 11th August.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. 💙

We are opening up auditions for the UK team to anybody inside or outside the club in Year 6 upwards.
The international team auditions are only open to current UK team Members.

Amazing effort from all of the boys today – lots of hard work, smiles, and determination. A fantastic start to the week👏
And of course, all that hard work deserved a well-earned pizza to finish the day off! 🍕💪
