❤️ ANNOUNCEMENT ❤️

After a huge amount of thought and many emotional conversations with myself, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to permanently close the studio.

Running this studio has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. It has been so much more than four walls and a place to train – it has been a home, a safe space, a community, and somewhere I have had the honour of watching so many of you grow in confidence, strength and friendships. Those memories are something I will treasure forever.

This has been one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. As heartbreaking as this decision is, I know it is the right one for me. The pressures of running the business have taken a significant toll on my physical and mental health, and I need to step away and focus on rebuilding my own life and wellbeing.

To every single person who has walked through our doors, attended a class, taught classes, supported the studio, recommended us to friends, celebrated milestones, laughed with us, cried with us and helped create the incredible community we have shared – thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. None of this would have been possible without you, and I will always be grateful for the love and support you have shown me over the years.

If you have any unused classes or memberships, I will be contacting you individually regarding refunds. Thank you so much for your patience while I work through everything.

This isn’t the ending I ever imagined, and saying goodbye is heartbreaking. But I will always be proud of what we built together, and I hope you will be too.

Although the studio is closing, this isn’t goodbye from me completely. I will still be offering holistic and beauty therapy treatments, and over the coming weeks this page will transition to reflect that. If you’d like to continue following my journey or book a treatment in the future, I’d love for you to stay with me.
