Kimberley Shotokan Karate Club

A good session this morning at Kimberley Shotokan Karate Club as we put the pieces together in our kata practice. It was fantastic to see all students working hard to improve their understanding of the Kata.

Last night's session at Kimberley Shotokan Karate Club took us right back to our traditional roots with a challenging body conditioning class.

There were no shortcuts just hard work, determination and the spirit to keep going. Every student pushed themselves, supported one another and showed outstanding resilience throughout the session.

As instructors, it's incredibly rewarding to see not only improvements in strength and fitness, but also the attitude, discipline and respect that are at the heart of traditional Shotokan Karate.

A huge well done to everyone who trained last night. You should all be proud of the effort you put in.

Looking forward to seeing everyone back in the dojo tonight as Kimberley Shotokan Karate Club reopens after the summer break.

Just a reminder that training tonight is open to ALL students so I am looking forward to seeing lots of you tonight.
Also, please remember that there is no training on Saturday 25th July until Tuesday 11th August as we shut for our summer break.

Huge congratulations to Sampai Matthew Batterham who won the football card before the World Cup Final and another massive congratulations to Laura Trevatt won the KSKC Sweepstake with Spain.

Due to the expected warm weather today and this week, students are encouraged to attend training in shorts and club t-shirts along with belts.
The air conditioning will be turned on and please bring a bottle of water with you.

Great session this morning at Kimberley Shotokan Karate Club as we completed our study our Tekki Shodan. The students rose to the challenge as we changed our way of thinking and expanded our applications.
