Announcement !!
So the time has come for me to pass the ownership of Kinetic to the next generation!
Since having 2 children in a short space of time over the last few years, it hasnโt left me in a position to put the time and energy in to the gym that it deserves, so after 8 years in charge itโs time to say goodbye!
Sophie (@) will be taking over in a few weeks time, but donโt worry, nothing will change much to start with, itโll still be the same great space and great community it has been since I took over!
Iโll still be staying on working here as a PT so youโll still see me around!
Thanks to everyone that has shape this amazing journey for me!
