Whilst our classes are inclusive, we run two sessions a week which are exclusively for those who prefer a different, less structured approach to the sessions.

Today we’re highlighting our Meadows venue!

Running sessions 4 days a week (Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday and Saturday) with classes from little tots taking their first steps in the sport, to teens developing their skills.

All our classes offer a free trial and we return from our summer break on Friday 4th September.

In the spotlight today… our Boys only classes; Green group.

We know some boys like a more ‘direct’ approach to gymnastics… so our coaches tailor the activities to those which we find the boys enjoy most… ninja style obstacle courses, and flips and tricks!

Kicking off with Preschool Pioneers! 🤸

A fantastic introduction for our youngest gymnasts aged 2.5-4 years. They swing, jump and roll their way through their classes building core fundamental movement skills!
