We did our first row pit together today! And successfully stood up again - Hells yeah! 😎

Maz slammed her 50th class and earned her gold badge today - a huge achievement, and well-deserved! Always one to bring laughter and a sense of fun to class - Epic stuff! 🖤

As I type this the biggest metal concert in the clouds is currently taking place! ⛈️ ⚡

Dolly Parton and Tim Curry were both beloved icons who taught generations of uniquely beautiful souls how to be boldly, unapologetically, recklessly different.

Tonight we channelled our own unique recklessness into tonight's wild helping of variously-coordinated shenanigans (went deep into improv mode on Black Hole, weeee! 🤣)

And Chloë brought ice lollies again! 🖤 Much appreciated after this hecka humid class. 🙏

And yes, we did double STICK again, because the referendum said so...😅

Rock'n'Ride! 🤘🐎

Our local RockFit family saddling up in honour of Chloë's birthday and having just the best time out basking in the sunshine, surrounded by lush Nottinghamshire countryside and making some new four-legged friends. (My horse was called Simba!) 😍

The wonderful memories we've made together as a group just keep stacking up and are simply the most lovely, life-affirming thing!

Afterwards, went to the gorgeous, historic Bestwood Lodge and devoured a delicious Sunday roast and a frosty cider. 😋
