All this week , like most weeks ,we have been working on stances, techniques, Yakusoko’s and Kata’s, because we are preparing for our Tag Test on the 5th September, keep up the good work see you all in the dojo!

Today we dedicated all our classes to Hanshi Judan (10th Dan) Nakazato Shugoro sensei , it would have been his 106th Birthday 🎂 today he was born August 14th 1920 🎂🎂🎂

We had Tag Testing today, Congratulations to everyone that earned their Tag, Keep you the great work and I will see you all in the Dojo soon.

We try to instill in our students a sense of pride and unity. It has been very hot these past few weeks but we have had a great time training together in this hot weather. It’s very refreshing to see our students turning up for training, stay consistent stay focused. See you all in the Dojo
