Enjoying the morning sun, being lightly hungover and scoping out apples while having a coffee and a fry up.
Reckon this year is going to be an interesting harvest, chums.
Small batch ciders made by Sneinton's finest wild apples. Please message to get stocked with cider!
Founded late 2017 by brewers and booze enthusiasts JD Atkin and Sam 'Badger' Horsburgh following two years of experimentation and many more of 'research'. Sneinton Cider Company specialise in ciders that are small on batch size and big on flavour. Our ciders are always vegan friendly and made from the finest wild and locally sourced apples.

So how is getting up early and blocking a whole Saturday morning specifically to clean tanks in the fermentation shed and tidy the cidery going?
Well, yeah, I mean don't get me wrong those things are definitely on the list but then the pots needed doing and there was some tidying to do and then I noticed that there were a lot of flowers that needed dead heading and then I faded out of thought and time so long story short I haven't started yet...

Event tomorrow, Thursday 23rd: Estewic Cider launch at the Kilpin. 17:00ish
So this summer we guess its pictures of cider and flowers? We also guessed that we had this theme locked down but here comes the The Kilpin Beer Cafe with this amazing image.
Time to up our game.
But first: its the launch of the latest East Midlands Real Cider & Perry Producers Estewic Cider at the Kilpin tomorrow and we reckon you should be there. A new joint venture between some of us and Langar Cider (surprise, surprise) Estewic has been two years in the making and is finally ready to go.
If you like vintage style real cider made from nothing but 100% pressed apple juice then this isn't one to miss.
There's three BiBs of this in the world so if you fancy a pint of it, you know where to be.
Also go and give it a like on socials; particularly the 'Gram. It would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the colour on this!
We were recently gifted one of the first ever bottles of Seatoller Cider from Gamston Press and its an absolute corker!
Made primarily from cider apples grown and donated from an allotment and fermented in super small batches, this was a welcome gift indeed.
What do you reckon? Cheeky little collab this season?
If this post gets 1 like, we'll make it happen.

"I see a bare floor and I want to paint it Grey"
No, delete that, its rubbish; I'll think of something better later.
We have a floor! Should we be this excited to have a floor? Probably not... but floor!
Another milestone down, another step closer to having the cidery ready to go.
Now we just need to get grey paint off of everything...

We had our annual very sensible and serious planning meeting at the weekend which involved lots of note taking, lots of discussion around process improvement, lots of being excited about new equipment and, of course, a cheeky pint or two.

While our cidery is being built, we took Grandlad with us to see what a proper cider making set up looks like.
It doesn't hurt that they also make one of the best breakfasts we've ever had...

'Hey, so the money you earned from Castle Beer Festival and Nottingham Craft Beer Festival, you're going to be responsible with it; right?'
Uh, yeah?
Cheers Vigo Limited!
Now, where to put it...
