a fun , enjoyable dance workout class that feels like a party
with disco lights, glitter ball, glow sticks
it is a adult class but we do accept teenagers from 14 yrs & over

this dance class was created so you can enjoy various styles of dance in one class, lots of fabulous tracks to dance to such a
s Beyoncé, Whitney, Jlo etc... , in the studio we have our very own glitter ball, disco lights & glow sticks (provided) to get you in the party mood, making the class fun and enjoyable , routines are easy to follow whether your a beginner or have experience, from ages 14 years - Adult (everyone is welcome.) this is a great dance class to burn calories, get fit and most of all have loads of fun and you come away feeling energised and a spring in your step, its also a great social having a boogie and making new friends
Fridays at 7pm £4.50 a session pay as you go (we only take cash)

Class update
Even though it is a bit cooler inside the dance studio its still probably going to be a bit too hot to do Dance Floor Fusion tonight , as it is quite a energetic class and with the temperature soaring again in to 32 degress around 6, 7pm we'll probably totally melt 🥵

Weather update
Due to the extreame hot heatwave I think its best to cancel Fridays class
When the temp goes over 30c
its far safer not to dance as it just zaps your energy too much
Hopefully itll be cooler next Friday
