I saw this on holiday and loved it!
We don’t always feel like working out and eating correctly so give yourself a break on the days that you feel like this.
A client said to me in the past
‘I thought you were always motivated too exercise’
Absolutely not! I just make sure I live well for 90%, sometimes 80% of the time.

I was listening to a podcast recently and thought this was such a good comment.
Plan exercise into your working week, we are aiming for long term wellness, not short term fixes.

Not my normal choice of Greek yoghurt as I usually go for one with over 8g of protein per 100g, but it has been a good replacement whilst being away and shopping somewhere different.
Try to find Greek yoghurt as opposed to Greek style yoghurt, as Greek yoghurt will have more protein, less sugar and fewer ingredients .
Greek style yoghurt will have more added sugar, thickeners, milk powders and starches, making it more ultra processed, there are more ‘Greek styles’ on the supermarket shelves but there will always be a Greek yoghurt hiding somewhere!
Tried a full family workout today, doing a plyometric session from my son’s football coach! Even our 3 year old had a go, there were a few toilet stops and snack breaks for him along the way, but it was good fun and we all felt very worked afterwards!

Don’t eat cereal thinking it’s a healthy start to the day.
If we eat cereal which is not very often, these are my 4 favourites that are not loaded with sugar and are high in fibre, with at least 4g of fibre per bowl.
I also add Greek yoghurt, nuts, seeds and fruit to increase the protein and calories to set a metabolic tone for the day and this will give us enough energy to get to lunchtime.
S & S have been doing 5 minutes of bodyweight exercises 4 times a week this summer, their strength is really starting to improve. Even the smallest bit of movement will make a difference, everyone has to begin somewhere.
