Twisted Aerial

It's many people's bucket list move so we've decided to dedicate a whole workshop to it!

The Bird of Paradise (or BoP) requires a targeted warm up and conditioning programme to help you achieve this highly desirable trick.
Aly is just the girl to take you through this process, step by step. You'll look at various techniques using different parts of the hoop as well as variations of the move itself.

Have you been thinking about giving flying pole a go? Well now's your chance! For only £12 you can join us for a special 75 minute workshop where you will be guided through the basics of learning this beautifully unique apparatus 💛 You can take things at your own pace with expert guidance from Tom!

Suitable for all those with previous pole experience and ideally confident climbers.

FYI the poles we use are silicone wrapped so long sleeves and leggings are recommended.

Jacqui has been immersed in the world of aerial arts for the past four years and has been sharing her passion as an aerial instructor for the last two years.

Known for her encouraging teaching style and love of creative movement, she enjoys helping students build confidence, strength, and artistry in the air.
