These are the only official RockFit classes in Norfolk!

All abilities welcome, range of ages, inclusive environment & very friendly bunch of like minded people. More than a fitness class...a community 🤘 Socials, gigs & more, if you like that sort of thing, but no pressure to attend.

September has a month of full classes 🤘

Also something a little special on the 10th as I have been invited to the station of Future Radio Norwich to do a warm up session for Dean's 24 Hour Tucker Takeover!

This 24 hour broadcast challenge will raise funds for Future Radio and their parent charity Future Projects. Helping them to continue providing information and support to the people of Norwich. 🤝📣🎶

What a weekend!
Stonedead Festival then BrickFest, where some of the Norfolk RockFitties ended their 100 squats a day challenge for Cancer Research UK 💪🏼 To those who couldn't make it but still completed the challenge 👏🥳👊💥

A massive thank you to The Brickmakers and B2 Norwich for having us again this year, the RockFitties that came and joined me, India Seymour for joining me on stage, Pete the sound guy for sorting the music out, Benissimo Pizza for the vegan pizza & for Joshua & Paul for taking the videos.
