We are closed this evening for the bank holiday but we are back to usual timetable from tomorrow Tuesday 1st September. Don’t forget we have black belt testing on Saturday 12th September and coloured belt testing Friday 25th September.

Following on from Master Sandys message today, please note that anyone taking a class from today (Monday 24th August through to Thursday 27th August) that either finishes or starts after 7pm will not be able to access or exit Hellesdon Park Road or our car park via a car / vehicle. However, Bush Tyres (located on the Frenbury Estate which is the 1st turning on the left as you access the Hellesdon Park Estate) have kindly said we may use their car park after 6pm from this Monday to Thursday PROVIDING WE DON’T BLOCK ACCESS TO THEIR ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS. We do not wish to see anyone getting stuck and not be able to leave with their vehicle. There will be pedestrian access to and from the dojang.

Dear all, from this coming Monday 24th August through to Friday 28th August there are nighttime roadworks affecting the access and exit from the estate starting at 7pm. This will NOT affect the children’s classes as these run from 5-6pm but any family or adult classes that require access or exit from 7pm will be affected. Attached is the letter we received and Master Sandy has tried twice to get a definitive answer from the council as to where we could park etc without success. There WILL be pedestrian access so it may be advisable to check the signage whichever night(s) you are attending to see where best to park and have a short walk to the dojang - and note that some areas of the estate have restricted 🚫 parking that could result in fines ‼️ .We will also post daily updates from checking the signage ourselves to see which roads/access is affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately have no say in the proposed road closures.

Saturday 12th September - Black belt testing - 11.15am start for those testing for 2nd Dahn and above and 1pm start for those testing for 1st Dahn.
Friday 25th September - Coloured belt testing 5pm start.
Saturday 26th September - Archery 🏹 for all black belts🥋 1pm-2pm ☺️

Unfortunately there’ll be no Archery 🏹 this coming Saturday 15th August, due to lots of people being on holiday. Our next Archery session will be on Saturday 26th September at 1pm 🕐 for all black belts 🥋
