Always great to get up to Norfolk Broads Yacht Club for Wroxham Week, the perfect place to be on a very hot Wednesday.

Transom transformation. Stripped and sanded, re-scribed, stained, primed, finishing 💅 by Mike Amiss Signs , and then topcoat of varnish.

Something a little different in the summer holidays, upgrading a very ancient topper rudder mount with my eldest son. We used copper wire and cotton thread to feed bolts from the inside out through the drain b**g hole. ⛵️ 🔩 🪡 ☀️

It's all "coaming" together 😆

New ply decks with epoxy sheathing and plank splining on the YBOD the last couple of weeks.

A freshen up for the first GRP Broads One Design - Merganser. She hadn't been afloat for a few years and we gave her a compound and polish to the hull, new rubbing strakes, fresh varnish for mast and tabernacle, and an anti-foul.
