I bring to you a traditional ✨️90✨️ minute yoga class at the Beautiful Painted Barn yoga studio, Barnham Broom on Thursday lunchtimes ✨️

Encompassing traditional practice, mixing styles and meditation with breathing techniques, finishing with yoga nidra to fully, feel like you have been rejuvenated in 90 minutes. The way yoga used to be, that made me fall in love enough to become a teacher and make positive changes to enhance my personal life 💖

This is something that I feel so passionate about, and would like to offer now ✨️ Traditional yoga before the trend. And as taught in studios throughout India and Bali. I am so excited to have this opportunity to bring it back to Norfolk for you 🙏🤍✨️

Just a 15 minute drive out of Swaffham towards castle acre. A one hour journey from Norwich. Our day begins at 10am with a welcome drink and a traditional yoga class awaits suitable for All. Three styles of yoga to complement your day, a beautiful lunch hosted in the garden cafe, a gift for you too as we learn the benefits of Balinese massage.....
And time to explore the wild swimming lake or outdoor pool or take a row boot and a good book/Journal to truly unwind.... There is always so much to learn and explore in the scenic grounds here.....

Your investment for this truly relaxing, pampering day is £95 including your;
yoga classes🧘‍♀️, arrival drink and nourishing lunch provided by The West Lexham catering team, outdoor activities and not forgetting your special gift 🎀
