One for my Norfolk-based lovelies…

Here are my current weekly offerings! All bookings via my website www.livtomove.com (link in bio or DM for more info✨)

🌊 Embody & Flow | Tuesdays, 10am

Embody & Flow is your weekly invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. With an emphasis on presence and self-connection, it’s a nourishing practice to ground your energy, quieten the mind, and refill your cup.

🌙 Nourishing Flow | Wednesdays, 6pm

A slow, intentional vinyasa yoga class that gradually builds strength and openness in the body, while nurturing a deep sense of embodied presence. We weave together creative transitions and moments of grounding stillness - leaving you feeling centred, uplifted, and deeply nourished.

🫶🏼 Mama Circle | Fridays, 10am

A gentle and supportive space for mamas to move, share, and come together in community. Each week we’ll begin with some nourishing movement to ease tension and reconnect with the body, followed by a relaxed sharing circle - a chance to check-in with yourself, share without judgement, and be held in the company of other mamas.

✨new in-person class added!✨

As many of you know, this summer we moved out of Norwich, and I’ve been looking for the perfect venue to start up some local classes…

Well, I found it! The beautiful Grove Farm Wellbeing in Swanton Abbott is just 10 mins from both Aylsham and North Walsham, and 20 mins from the north of Norwich.

We start ✨NEXT WEEK✨…

🌙

Nourishing Flow | Wednesdays 6pm

A slow flow vinyasa yoga class suitable for all-levels. Expect gentle, intentional movement that gradually builds strength and openness in the body, while nurturing a deep sense of embodied presence.

You can book your ✨free taster class✨ via my link in bio! Or comment NOURISH and I’ll send it straight to your inbox 💌

sometimes nap times are for
manically cleaning,
catching up on work,
or prepping the next meal.

desperate to tick SOMETHING off the endless to-do lists…

but sometimes, just sometimes,
they look like this.

🦋🍂🌊✨

pssssst, maybe you don’t always have to be “productive”

the truth is… taking time for yourself IS productive

carving out space to slow down, to tune in, to listen… it’s one of the most productive things a human can do

a lil bit of presence, a lil bit of perspective can make all the other stuff sooooo much easier

I hope you carve out some time for you this week. 🤍
