ADHD coaching is about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface—making sense of the patterns, reducing self-judgement, and discovering approaches that work with your brain instead of against it.
These are just a few of the conversations my ADHD clients have been having this week.
🤎 A coaching question for you…
Which of these feels most familiar to you right now? And if you responded to yourself with curiosity instead of judgement, what might change?
I’d love to hear your reflections in the comments.

Every week, my clients leave their coaching sessions with something to reflect on, practice or see differently.
These aren’t just conversations we have in the session—they’re the small shifts that continue to create change long after the hour has ended.
Perhaps you’ll see yourself in one of these reflections too.
🤎 A coaching question for you…
Which of these feels most relevant in your life right now, and what’s one small step you could take this week to move towards the person you want to be?

Neurodivergent brains don’t need more willpower—they need strategies that actually work for the way they’re wired.
This week, we’ve been exploring practical ways to work with the brain instead of constantly fighting against it.
If any of these resonate with you, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
🤎Send me a message to find out how neurodivergent coaching can help you build strategies that work for you.

Every week, I have the privilege of supporting clients as they challenge old patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change.
The work isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the self-doubt, fear, and expectations.
If you see yourself in any of these, maybe it’s time to start doing this work too.
🤎 Send me a message to find out how life coaching could help you create your own transformation.

Many of us have been taught that guilt means we’re doing something wrong.
But what if that’s not always true?
What if the guilt you’re feeling isn’t because you’ve done something bad…
What if it’s because you’re doing something different?
Taking time for yourself.
Saying no.
Resting.
Setting a boundary.
Choosing peace.
When we’re used to putting everyone else first, choosing ourselves can feel uncomfortable.
The question isn’t:
“Do I feel guilty?”
The question is:
“Have I acted against my values, or against someone else’s expectations?”
Sometimes guilt isn’t a warning sign.
Sometimes it’s a sign you’re no longer abandoning yourself.
✨ Let the guilt guide you ✨
I’d love to know:
What is one thing you feel guilty doing for yourself that you know is actually good for you?

In my six years of 1:1 life coaching I have observed a common limiting belief among many: the feeling of being “not enough” and/or “too much.”
This belief can weigh heavily on self-esteem and self-worth, often taking control of thoughts, behaviors and actions. It creates ripples that affect every aspect of life, making it challenging to embrace one’s true self.
I understand how difficult it can be to navigate these feelings, and I want to assure you that you are not alone in this. In my coaching, together we explore and transform these beliefs, nurturing a deeper connection to your values and potential.
How does this belief resonate with you? 🤎

🤍 Understanding the myths of grief
🩶 Where did you learn about grief? For many, the answer is not from a formal class or school.
🤍 Most people navigate grief through personal experiences, family traditions, or
cultural norms which can mean they find themselves stuck within limiting myths.
🤍 Grief doesn’t have a set timeline. It is a highly individual process.
