This one means more than most people will ever realise.

Those who know me know how hard this journey has been and how much I had to overcome to get here. I’m so proud that I didn’t let myself give up, and grateful that Steve Coe didn’t give up on me 😆

To everyone else, it’s just a driving licence.

To me, it’s freedom.

The fitness industry has confused control with virtue for years.

Some people are healthy at lower body fat levels. Some aren’t.
Some people thrive tracking everything. Some spiral.

Context matters. Capacity matters. Humanity matters.

If your entire worldview depends on believing everyone who struggles is lazy, you’ve built your confidence on superiority - not understanding.

Some of you have made being lean your entire moral compass.

You look at body fat the same way Victorians looked at poverty.
If someone is struggling, they must have failed character-wise.

Apparently everyone would be thriving if they just:
- wanted it more
- tracked harder
- woke up earlier
- stopped being “lazy”
- ignored their stress
- ignored their exhaustion
- ignored literally every part of being human

The irony is half of you aren’t even happy.

You’re exhausted.
Food obsessed.
Terrified of weight gain.
Unable to miss a session without spiralling.
And calling it “discipline” because admitting it feels s**t would ruin the superiority complex.

A body is not proof of intelligence.
Or worth.
Or work ethic.
Or moral superiority.

And not everybody wants their entire existence to revolve around becoming smaller.

Some of you don’t actually value health.

You value thinness.
Control.
And the comfort of believing bad things only happen to people who “didn’t try hard enough.”

I said what I said 💅🏻

1:1 coaching spaces are currently full - but I still wanted to be able to offer something for the women still wanting structure, guidance and support going into summer. Somewhere to start, and a way to stop swinging between “all in” and “f**k it”.

So I built this.

Strong Summer is an 8-week strength and nutrition programme for women who are tired of:
- restarting every Monday
- trying to survive on restriction
- feeling guilty for not being perfect
- thinking they need to completely overhaul their life before summer

You do not need to earn confidence by suffering first.
You probably just need more structure.

This programme gives you:
- a full strength programme
- realistic nutrition guidance
- a client handbook that actually explains why things matter
- weekly tracking tools
- optional drop-in support calls
- and a clear focus each week so you stop overthinking everything

No extremes.
No detoxes.
No “summer shred”.
No punishment cardio.

Just coaching that helps you become more consistent, stronger, and more confident over time.

This is also not 1:1 coaching.
There are no private coaching calls or individual weekly check-ins included - which is exactly why I’ve been able to make it far more accessible financially.

The first intake is capped at 8 women and is launching at £89.

If you want one of the spaces, message me “STRONG” 🤍

A community prize draw to support something bigger 🩶

My friend Fiona is running the Paris Marathon to raise money for Smile Train, a charity supporting children born with cleft conditions around the world.

Her eldest son Connor was born with a bilateral cleft lip, and this challenge is about raising awareness and helping families who don’t have access to the care and surgery that changed his life.

Smile Train empowers medical professionals globally with training, funding and resources to provide free cleft surgery and ongoing care — giving children the ability to eat, breathe, speak and thrive.

To support this incredible cause, a group of local businesses have come together to donate over £1,100 worth of prizes, creating a multi-winner prize draw to raise as much money as possible.

🎁 PRIZES INCLUDE:

• 1 Month PT – Coached By Mils
• Luxury Microneedling Facial & Dermaplaning – Gabrielle Aesthetics
