Its been a busy few weeks for Team Clickers - here's some of the highlights.

It’s been a quieter few weeks for Team Clickers, but we have had a few archers out and about.

Last weekend saw Archie Bromley winning Gents Recurve on the 5th leg of the National Series and placing him currently in the last 8 for the finals in September.

Sarah Hubbard, not satisfied with her World Record, has now also shot a new Double World Record at North Cheshire Bowmen.

John and Polly Davis have been way up North to Banchory, for a 1440 with John in 1st Place and Polly in 2nd Place.

And then sadly following a slight mishap, young Millie is out of action for a short while - but she will be back, better and even stronger for the indoor season!

Perhaps not the normal archery event you might expect us to be promoting, but since we added in the Arrows Archery Care Home Kits last summer these two care homes have been regularly using their kits.
So much so, they have organised a competition between the two homes.

This has to be a UK first!

Another busy week for Team Clickers,
Firstly, a massive well done to all of our archers who competed in the Junior National Outdoors Championships. It was great to be able to watch you shoot!
Congratulations to the following Junior Archers for their podium placements:
- Millie Franklin for her Gold in Compound Women Under 14 as well as contributing massively to her Regional Women's Compound team victory!
- Avery Burlingham for his Silver in the Barebow Open Under 14!
- Robert Norburn for his Silver in the Barebow Open Under 14!
- Sam Gulvin for his Gold in the Recurve Open Under 21!
- Violet Walker for her Gold in the Compound Women Under 21!

Also congratulations to Nathan MacQueen and Phoebe Paterson Pine for both winning bronze in Para Compound Men and Para Compound respectively as well as both winning Gold for Para Compound Men's Doubles and Para Compound Women's Doubles in the Czech Republic as part of the World Archery Para Series.

Team Clickers Latest News…..

Not satisfied with the world record she set a few weeks ago, Sarah Hubbard has shot another one - a just reward for all of the time and hard work that Sarah has put into her archery over the past few years.

That means currently in the National Tour Standings :-

Ladies Barebow - Sarah Hubbard 1st
Ladies Compound - Layla Annison 5th
Gents Recurve - Ryan Holden 6th
Gents Recurve - Archie Bromley 7th

From our shop team, last weekend shooting at the Goldcrest WA900 Polly Davies won the Ladies Compound and John Davies was 2nd in the 50+ Gents Compound

Claire Tayeg with a special mention, not only was she 1st, but Claire also set a new record for the unmarked precision round by 42 points

Junior National Series - Third Leg
Daniel Sutherland came 2nd overall, he ranked 1st in the qualification round with a NEW PB of 689, and also set a new Match PB of 144, he was pipped at the post by 2 points in the gold medal match.

It was really good to spend some time yesterday at BUCs Outdoors, great to see so many young archers shooting and most importantly having fun !
