Our ladies left absolutely everything out on the pitch today… including most of their energy levels! ⚽️

They tackled, battled, and laughed their way through the tournament, giving 100% (some of you looked like you gave 120%!). Tournaments aren't just about trophies - they're about heart, teamwork, and making memories together, and today our ladies ticked every one of those boxes.

We didn't come home with silverware, but we came home proud. Massive thank you to Southend Womens Walking Football Club for hosting such a brilliant tournament and looking after us so well, and it was brilliant to meet and play against so many great teams along the way.

Well done, ladies - you did the club proud! Now it's time for a well-earned rest and probably walking up the stairs sideways tomorrow 😂💛💙

We’re heading down tonight to get a good night’s sleep before tomorrow’s Walking Football tournament.

It’s been about two years since we last set foot in Southend, and with two teams raring to go, we can’t wait to get back out on the pitch!

End of Season Party! 💙⚽

Last night, the team came together with friends and family to celebrate the end of another fantastic season at NWWFC.

It was a brilliant evening with drinks, a raffle, and our end-of-season awards, with each award nominated by the team themselves. A huge congratulations to all of our winners! 🏆

Well done to everyone on a fantastic season, and thank you to everyone who has supported the club throughout the year. We couldn't do it without you. 💙

A brilliant afternoon yesterday enjoyed by all!

We were delighted to welcome teams from Sheringham and Leverington for a round-robin format, which made for plenty of great games and a fantastic atmosphere. The day was rounded off nicely with refreshments and drinks.

Huge thanks to Colin for all his hard work in the lead-up, and to Ian for keeping everything running smoothly as referee.

A big thank you as well to all the ladies who took part, and to everyone who came along to support - we really appreciate it! ⚽️🏆
