Today we installed our new ring canvas in collaboration with Say It Lad™

Right in the middle of our boxing ring now are three simple words:

SAY IT LAD.

The canvas also features a QR code that takes you directly to the Say It Lad website, giving anyone who needs it somewhere to turn for support.

We’ve always believed that a gym should be about more than getting fit. For some people, walking through our doors, training alongside other people and having someone ask “how are you?” can be a huge part of their week.

But we also know that sometimes people need more.

We’re proud to support the work Say It Lad are doing and we want to keep using our space and our community to get people talking.

If you’re struggling, please speak to someone.

A mate, family member, coach, colleague or a professional.

You don’t have to have the right words. You just have to start the conversation.

“Hey, I’m Stace!

I’ve spent over 10 years coaching women’s football, from grassroots through to high-performance athletes, alongside 9 years working in climate tech helping people build lasting behaviour change.

I’ve had my own journey with fitness, including recovering from a back injury, which has taught me first hand what smart recovery and real accountability actually looks like and plays a part in shaping how I coach today.

I’m working toward transitioning into coaching full-time from January 2027, and I’m chasing my own Hyrox comeback along the way, so if you’re working toward something too, I’d *love* to hear about it when we meet.

I’m genuinely excited to join the Hustle coaching team, there isn’t a community of members like this one, and I can’t wait to bring my coaching experience onto the gym floor with you.”

HYROX sessions are going to be different level in the new space.

Looking for ways to keep the kids active, off their screens and entertained this summer?

At Hustle in NR7, our Junior and Youth classes continue right through the school holidays, giving your child the chance to stay active, build confidence, make new friends and burn off some of that endless summer energy.

Our classes include:

• Juniors Box (6-11 years)
• Youth Box (12-16 years)
• Girls Box (12-16 years)
• Youth HYROX (9-16 years)

From now until the end of the summer holidays, it’s just £60 for 6 weeks of unlimited classes across both our Norwich and Wymondham gyms.

Whether your child wants to try something new or already loves training, they can come as often as they like for one fixed price. Individual classes are still available if you prefer.
