☀️🧘🏻‍♀️A lovely way to complete the month, with a Yoga & Pilates session by the sea 🧘🏻‍♀️

It was great to see people turn up despite the forcast 🌦.

I accepted last night that it might rain and went ahead with the class thinking I will just enjoy the rain today. Buddha teachings say, resistance to what is, is the cause of all suffering.

And to my surprise the beach was sunny and warm and sea was stunning.

So I remember, Accept what it will be and enjoy what it is on the moment 🌀💙
