Our favourite morning of the week 🥐

This week, we trialled a meet at 7am & a meet at 7:30am & it worked a TREAT.
Some of the girls ran 10k (2 X 5k loops), others dashed off to work after the first 5k & others joined for our normal 7:30am!

To give everyone (including my social calendar) a bit more consistency, we’re locking in a permanent slot.

📍 The New Routine: Mondays @ 6:30 PM (Starting June 1st!)

I’ll always set the route beforehand, and we have the best community of “sole mates” ready to step up and lead the run if I’m ever away.

The Powerpuff Girls take on Red Bull Wing’s For Life World Run 👯‍♀️

With 100% of proceedings going to help find a cure for spinal cord injury, The Wings for Life World Run has one simple motto - to run for those who can’t.

We took on the (about) 2.4k loop of the Hill Dickinson Stadium, running as far as we could until the ‘catcher car’ caught up with us. Not to brag, but we all didn’t get caught 💅

Gorgeous day out with Stride Run Club organised by ✌🏻

PS. Matching running outfits make you a faster running girly. Fact.
