What. A. Afternoon. 🎾☀️🧺
Our Namix Padel & Picnic Social at Hartford Golf Centre UK | Trackman Range was everything we hoped it would be — a little bit competitive, a lot of laughs, plenty of food and, most importantly, an amazing afternoon spent with an even better group of people. ❤️
32 players, 4 courts, plenty of padel and a few questionable shots along the way… 👀😂
Events like this are a huge part of what we want Namix to be about. Yes, we love training and helping people get fitter and stronger — but the community around it matters just as much ♥️
A massive thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and made the day what it was. Whether you were battling it out on court or just there for the picnic and social, we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🫶
Safe to say… Padel & Picnic will definitely be making a return.🎾🧺

Our very first Weekend Kickstart session brought an electric atmosphere from start to finish — loud music, plenty of energy, lots of laughs and the very best people to share it with! 🌴🔥

🔥 THE ENGINE — EXPLAINED
Part 2 of The Namix Games.
The Games are made up of three sections:
🏋️ LIFT
🔥 ENGINE
💪 METCON
For the ENGINE, it’s simple — how much distance can you cover?
🚣 6 minutes RowErg
⛷️ 6 minutes SkiErg
📏 Row + Ski distance = your total ENGINE score.
Competing in pairs? Share the work however you choose, or take an erg each. Strategy matters. 👀
Competing solo? It's all down to you! Pick a steady pace and focus on generating power in each pull to cover the most metres possible.
This is just one part of the challenge. Your performance across LIFT, ENGINE and METCON will determine where you finish overall.
