We were delighted to support this year's Taste of London, the city's biggest annual food festival, held over five days in Regent's Park.

With more than 40,000 guests attending across the event, our Operations Director, Simon Heathershaw, joined the team as Front of House Manager, helping oversee the smooth delivery of front-of-house operations throughout the festival.

A big thank you to Linda Burford, her team and MARI Group for inviting ESM Operations to be part of another fantastic event.

It was great to work alongside so many experienced event professionals, and we look forward to the next opportunity together.

Over the past few weeks, our Managing Director, Steven Coleman, has been supporting SJM Concerts during the Take That Circus Tour, working across Southampton, Coventry, Sunderland, Cardiff and Manchester.

For a few nights, these football stadiums swap league tables for iconic setlists.

Behind the scenes, that means adapting operations, crowd management strategies and public safety plans to suit an entirely different type of event and audience.

Next stop: Anfield for the Foo Fighters and My Chemical Romance.

Exciting conversations are already taking place as Morocco prepares to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

Earlier this month, our Operations Director, Simon Heathershaw, and Head of Training, Lee Armstrong, attended the British Trade Delegation in Rabat and Casablanca, meeting with Moroccan stakeholders and UK businesses to explore opportunities surrounding one of the world's largest sporting events.

Delivering a tournament of this scale takes years of planning behind the scenes, and it was fantastic to be part of discussions focused on the future of major event delivery.

A huge thank you to everyone involved over the two days. We look forward to seeing Morocco's journey to 2030 unfold.

We’re proud to announce that ESM Operations has secured a major contract with the Saudi Pro League, supporting stadium public safety work across 18 venues in Saudi Arabia. ⚽🏟️

This project focuses on helping develop consistent public safety standards, workforce capability and operational approaches within stadium environments, supporting the continued growth of sport across the Kingdom.

It’s an exciting milestone for our team and reflects years of experience delivering consultancy, training and public safety operations across Saudi Arabia.
