Hearing that our dance school is a happy, safe place for so many dancers is incredibly special. 🥹

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen behind the scenes. We are so grateful for the kindness, generosity and support of so many wonderful people. 💙

✨ The Hancock family – thank you for your time and muscle, helping transport all of the costumes to and from the theatre. You are absolute stars! 🥹

✨ The Kruithofs – thank you for helping us get all 70 of our chairs to the theatre. You’re always there to lend a hand! 👌

✨ Our backstage helpers – thank you to those of you who helped us carry chairs and boxes downstairs before we moved to the theatre. And thank you for packing your costumes away for us. A special thank you to those rooms who really went above and beyond, making sure costumes were organised for checking and washing, taking down rails, moving chairs ready for loading, and leaving your rooms spotless. It was such a huge help! 🙌

✨ Ella, Hannah and Lily – thank you for helping us organise, size, count, label and try on hundreds of costumes whenever you could. And Beth and our helpers in class that helped get all the costumes tried on. We really appreciated all your help! 🤩

✨ Anneliene – thank you for helping us sort everything after the show. You are an absolute dream, and we’re so grateful. 🫶

✨ Petra and Becky – thank you for coming back after the show to help unload everything at the studio. What a job! 💪

✨ And the BIGGEST thank you goes to Marieke. You have been nothing short of phenomenal. From organising and packing, to helping every step of the way before, during and after the show… we honestly couldn’t have done it without you. Your dedication, loyalty and kindness never go unnoticed, and we are truly going to miss seeing you nearly every day. 🥹💙

✨ Finally, thank you to John and little Joy for all your support behind the scenes. Joy took her quality-control role very seriously… supervising, reorganising and providing plenty of encouraging claps! 👏😂
