Comment “Med Ball” for a video breaking down not one but two of these moves👇👀🙌
Med ball work is awesome for golfers to help get that explosiveness up ⛳️🧨
Try a couple of sets of around 5 reps on 1 or 2 med ball moves before your next session 🏋️♀️
Or even integrate them into a pre-round priming session or outdoor power workout 😎
As well as having strong correlations to potential swing speed they can also be pretty fun too! 😆

Looking for shoulders that MOVE + FEEL GOOD both on + off the golf course ⛳️🤔
Then make sure you SAVE + SHARE these 5 moves 😎
The shoulder is a highly mobile ball + socket joint and it needs to move fluidly, be stable and be strong and so training needs to reflect this 💪
Particularly key if you’re someone sat behind a desk all week with little movement 😩
Comment “Golf” below for a more detailed breakdown video on the KB lateral swing👇⛳️😎
The vast majority of golfers would see great gains both on + off the golf course by spending large chunks of their time working on basic mobility, strength + power 💪
If you’re ticking all that of though, then imo sprinkling in a little “specific” work as the icing on the cake can be a nice addition 😁
There are lots of really gimmicky “golf specific” looking moves out there but these would be 5 that I like and have used myself and with clients👌
Comment “Warmup” for my FREE warming up for golf ebook👇⛳️🙌
Don’t be the golfer complaining in the clubhouse after their round that they played well after the first few holes once they just loosened up 🙄
Investing a few mins preparing your body to perform don’t guarantee good golf of course, but it does stack the odds a little more in your favour 😉🎲
Comment “KB” below and I will send you a link to a more in depth video on moves 1,3 + 5 here 😎🙌
Kettlebells are a great tool in the toolbox for golfers to work on explosiveness, strength, stability + mobility 💪
All very useful attributes for you and your golf game! ⛳️😉
Using the 3D strap + force pedal combo together with a light med ball to work on some “feels” for creating more width in the backswing, better loading into trail hip and improved pressure shift👌
Whilst the majority of your training time should be spent on basic mobility, strength + power work, if you’re ticking all that off then sprinkling in more specific work as “icing on the cake” moves can be very beneficial imo 🙌
