Can’t believe it’s TWO YEARS today since we opened our own beautiful studio and I’ve never looked back!

Having our own space has opened up so many more opportunities for us, welcoming more staff, offering a wider range of classes & utilising the space for fun workshops & events!

Join us for a relaxing Yin Yoga practice to release tension & restore balance while incorporating breath work for true relaxation.

Following this session you’ll indulge in a nourishing açai bowl & smoothie as you continue to unwind in the beautiful setting of Mes Amies studio.

Come and create a beautiful clay Boobie pot with Jaime of Woody & Wool creations!

Nestle down in the cosy studio of Mes Amies while you’re guided through making your very own Boobie pot. Sip as you go and enjoy this joyous workshop, celebrating the female form and exploring clay. Take home your boobie pot and seal and protect a week later once dry. All equipment is provided as well as a glass of w**e and nibbles. Guaranteed absolute fun!

B***s & Barre party!

Join our Pink theme, fun filled Barre party while we raise funds for Coppafeel!

Sam & Amie will create a fun filled Barre class with the aim of raising awareness and celebrating our b***s while at the same time having a great Barre workout!

Your ticket includes pink themed snacks, drinks and a goodie bag with profits being donated to Coppafeel. Music will be themed, pink decor will adorn the room and the atmosphere will be buzzing!
