🅰️ Team travelled to Dally Park this morning against familiar opposition in Duston Albion. The lads started the game much better than last week and the overall performance was top class as the team chemistry and effort was on point today. A fantastic piece of play between Joe and Tudor led to us going 1-0 up in the first 10. Jude finalised the scoring with a hat trick with his third goal coming through fantastic individual excellence from new signing George Duke. Good luck to Duston Albion for the season UTM ⚫️⚪️

🅱️ Smithy’s side hosted Golden Horse Vets at the rec this morning in what was a very tight game and a great symbol of how far we’ve come within a year. Moving onto the game now and we found ourselves 2-1 up at half time after a very strong start which showed later on as Golden Horse nicked it near the end finishing up with a 4-3 defeat at home. Hats off to Golden Horse they were a very strong side and just had that little more quality in the end but great to have them down. Good luck to them for the season.

🅰️ Poor Start for the lads this morning as we go 3-0 down inside first 10 due to poor individual mistakes. The lads eventually got into gear and started to dominate the game following goals from New Signing Tudor Moraru and Skipper Charlie Biggs. Second half both teams were evenly matched but it wasn’t enough as the game finished 4-3 to Hazeltree. Well done to Hazeltree and good luck for the season.

🅱️ Weren’t at our best today but our quality was on show today as being clinical in the final third was proven vital as goalscorers today were Haydn, Porter and Melville. Good luck to Thorplands for the season. UTM ⚫️⚪️

After the joys of last week, focus is back on this week to hopefully get another double win. Let’s get into it.

🅰️ Rob’s side travel away to newly formed Hazeltree FC in Corby with recent performances for them being very positive, the lads have to be on it from the get go and play the football we know we can play and another victory will follow.

🅱️ Smithy’s lads host Thorplands Pumas a team who we faced last season in the league with nothing to split both teams as the game finished 2-2. So an even game is expected for the B however with the momentum we’ve got right now who knows what could happen. UTM ⚫️⚪️

Fantastic weekend for both teams, and the true Acky way returns. Let’s get into it. Starting off with the 🅰️, Rob’s side took on Oakley Diamonds who last season were a league above and our toughest opponent yet this pre season. However, the lads took no attention to that and after a great first half with many young debutants we led 3-1 at the break. Shoutout to young winger Joe, who has moved up to the 🅰️ for the coming season, bagged himself a hat trick and was today’s man of the match. The boys carried on their momentum into the second half off with another 2 goals as the game ended 5-2

Onto the 🅱️’s now, and the lads hit the ground running and once again showed their class as we led 5-0 at the break and with only a few games left of pre season before the start of the Nene Cup the lads look sharp and prepared for the upcoming season. Well done to our goalscorers today Neaty, Joe, Jamie and new signings Sean, Shaun and Tommy finishing up the scorerers. The lads picked it up and we lead 3-1 at the half. The boys were the quickest off the mark going into the drinks break leading 6-1 however that didn’t last long as lack of drinks at the drinks break hit the dugout as no water could be supplied, and fitness levels depleting Glenvale sneak 3 back to finish off the game at 6-4.
