Don’t forget as of next week our new August timetable will come into effect!

Reminder that there will be no Monday sessions on however Tuesday(6pm), Wednesday(5:30pm) & Thursday(6pm) will be a combined kids class for both juniors and ninjas!

Our Saturday morning adult fitness has been moved to 9am and our junior sparring class will still remain the same!

(This is only for August)

Our August timetable is finally here!

All classes will run as normal for the rest of July.

We will be cancelling our Monday sessions however our Juniors & Ninjas classes are being combined to “Kids” so any ninja can also come along in a Tuesday & Thursday 18:00-18:45 and juniors can attend on a Wednesday 17:30-18:15.

WHAT A WEEK!

Started off with giving Freya & Caiden their blackbelts

Followed by the rest of our students receiving their belts from the last grading

Then ending the week with an incredible display of grit and determination on the mats at the South Tyneside Open with 7 fighters taking to the mats for their first time.
