Here are 5 quotes that I live by every single day and how you can apply them to improve your mental strength ā¬ļø
1. āControl the controllableās and accept the uncontrollableāsā
Stop wasting energy fighting things you have no power over. You canāt control other people, the past, the weather, rejection or every outcome.
You CAN control your effort, attitude, actions and response.
Peace comes from knowing the difference.
2. āSpend your time chasing butterflies, theyāll fly away. Spend your time creating a beautiful garden and butterflies will come.ā š¦
Iāve learned this massively from previous relationships.
When you stop chasing people & validation and start working on yourself, it changes everything.
Work on your health, build confidence through facing fear, develop your skills and create a life youāre proud of.
When you become obsessed with building your own āgardenā, you stop needing to chase things to feel fulfilled. Ironically, thatās when the right people and opportunities start finding you.
3. āIād rather be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a warā
Build strength before life demands it from you.
Train your body, develop discipline and learn how to handle pressure.
You donāt prepare because you want hardship - you prepare because hardship is inevitable
Choose peace, but be capable.
4. āIn the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is kingā š
Most people massively overestimate whatās required to get ahead. They wait until they feel like experts before taking action⦠or just never take action at all.
Learn the basics, apply them, make mistakes, learn again and keep moving forward.
Whether itās training, business, relationships or personal development. Small amounts of knowledge consistently applied can seperate you from people who know plenty but never act.
5. āChange happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changeā
Change is uncomfortable. But eventually, staying where you are will become even more uncomfortable.
Donāt always wait for rock bottom before deciding itās time for change. Take the risk, face the fear and reap the rewards.
If you think itās not right for you, it probably isnāt.

This was my third time speaking at The Consistency Code š§
For whatever reason, I was way more nervous than last time or even the first time!
I had so many doubts running through my head and was genuinely shaking with fear driving up to the eventā¦
I hadnāt felt nerves like this in such a long time!
I was certain that I was going to f**k this up š
But what I anticipated, was the complete opposite of the outcome
Thatās the biggest lesson I wanted people to take from my talk:
You canāt always control the thoughts that enter your head, but you CAN control what you do with them.
When your mind starts to spiral š Use this š
C - Catch the thought
H - Hold it
A - Ask questions
O - Other perspective
S - Step forward
You donāt need to eliminate anxiety, fear or self doubt before taking action
Sometimes you need to let your mind talk and just do it anyway!

What can I say about the past 7 daysā¦
Two marathons, Third Public Speaking Event & Fourth Holm Fitness Games
Life has come at me so fast lately. Working 70+ hr weeks, looking after clients, pushing my body to its limits and working in the dark on my future
For the first time in months Iāve taken the time to reflect on just how far Iāve came this year, what Iāve achieved and been genuinely proud of myself
Behind every successful man is a strong woman and I couldnāt ask for better support than what I get from Bethanie
Every day this girl pushes me to be better, shows me the tough love I need, doesnāt drag me into comfort and a lot of my growth is a reflection of our relationship
Also having friends like Jamie in your corner, I say āSend itā and he says āHow fastā, is exactly the type of brothers you need in your life
The support Iāve had from my family, especially Mum & Dad helping me out and supporting me as much as they possibly can never goes unnoticed either, without them I wouldnāt be the man I am today
Iām fortunate enough to be surrounded by Men & Women every single day that inspire me to do better and lead from the front
All I want to do as a person, a friend and a Coach is show people that anything is possible when you work hard enough and put your mind to it
So I guess this post is about appreciation for the people I have in my corner.
My family, my girlfriend, my friends, my team
I have every single one of you to thank for moments like this
I love you all with everything I have ā¤ļø

The lessons that changed my life werenāt learned through education
They were learned through mistakes.
Failure.
Heartbreak.
Addiction.
Depression.
Consequences.
Most people want a better life, very few are willing to take responsibility for creating one
So let me ask youā¦
Are your current habits moving you closer to the life you want?
Or further away from it?
Because the quality of your future is hidden inside the choices youāre making today
Which lesson in this post hit you the hardest?

How many times have you promised yourself things would be different?
Next week, next month, after the holiday, when work settles down..
Yet here you are stuck in the same cycle.
How much longer are you willing to tolerate a life you know youāre capable of improving?
And what is it costing you by staying the same?
Something to think about š§

For years I convinced myself that life would change when the timing was right.
āIāll start on Mondayā
āIāll sort myself out after the weekendā
āWhat harm can one more night do?ā
I repeated the same bu****it to myself for weeks on end.
The weaks turned into months, months turned into years.
But why couldnāt I break the cycle?
The problem wasnāt that I didnāt know what I needed to do
The problem was I kept waiting for perfect conditions to do it
So I kept going round in circles
Repeating the same habits and behaviours
And always paying the price of guilt, shame and regret.
I was trapped in a cycle of self-sabotage. And I know so many people who still are!
Everything changed when I stopped waiting and started taking responsibility
Not because I suddenly became motivated
Not because I finally figured it all out
But because the pain of staying the same became greater than the pain of growth
A few years later, Iāve learned that failure isnāt something we should fear
Failure is part of the process.
The real danger is staying exactly where you are because youāre scared of what might happen
The perfect time isnāt coming, stop waiting for it.

Thereās a huge difference between interest and commitment.
Interest works when itās convenient
Commitment works no matter what
Interest likes the thought of achieving the goal
Commitment falls in love with the process
Most people are interested
Very few are committed
Because commitment requires a different version of you
One that keeps promises to themselves
Chooses delayed over instant gratification
And stops listening to their feelings
Thatās the part most people struggle with.
Because it can be extremely uncomfortable
Yet everything youāve ever wanted sits on the other side of that discomfort.

Physical pain is one of the greatest teachers youāll ever have.
Voluntary discomfort is where you discover something most people rarely learn
The body is very rarely the first thing to quit.
Every time you push through a long run, hard workout, long hike or some form of physical challenge, youāre collecting evidence
Evidence that you can handle more.
Evidence that discomfort wonāt kill you.
Evidence that your limits arenāt where you thought they were.
And once you learn that physically, you start applying it elsewhere š
Business.
Relationships.
Fatherhood.
Life.
The man who can stay calm and keep moving when things get uncomfortable has an advantage most people will never understand.
Thatās why we do hard things
Not because suffering is the goal šÆ
Because growth is š

Every time you make an excuse, you teach yourself that fear is in charge.
āIām not fit enoughā
āIām not ready for thisā
āI might do it next timeā
On the surface, these excuses seem harmless.
But every excuse reinforces the belief that youāre incapable
And over time, that destroys confidence.
Most people think confidence comes before action.
It doesnāt..
Confidence is built by keeping promises to yourself.
By doing things that scare you.
By stepping into situations where thereās a chance you might fail.
By proving to yourself that youāre capable of more than you thought.
Thatās exactly why Organised Chaos exists.
Not to test your fitness, but to test your mindset.
Every man who takes part arrives with doubts
Every man leaves with evidence that heās stronger than he believed.
The question isnāt, āAm I ready to do this?ā
The question is, āAm I prepared to stay the same?ā
Organised Chaos 6.0 is coming ā³
Will you keep making excuses?
Or will you finally find out what youāre truly capable of?
