The Commonwealth Championships in Winnipeg is just around the corner! First up is the youngest members of the team, our sub juniors! Cant wait to see what this team can do!

✨️Spotting & loading workshops

We're delighted to announce in the run up to commonwealths, we will be running a few team training sessions at Asylum and RE:Form!

Alongside these, we're going to run some spotting & loading sessions. So, if you've not volunteered because, let's face it, it can be a bit intimidating the first time! Come along and find out in a safe environment how to spot and load to keep you, and the athletes safe!
