Unfortunately we weren’t able to get around to video the pups because of covid cases in the sanctuary 😢

But to say they were over the moon is an understatement! ☺️👍🏻

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀! 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻!

So after a very busy year, particularly the last few months I have made the decision to take this last month of 2021 off from Strong Nation.

It has not been an easy decision but I feel now is the right time to take a break to breathe and recharge. I have every intention of returning in the new year better and stronger than before!

I want to thank everyone for their continued support and I am so grateful for the friendships and memories I have gained over the last year.

I look forward to seeing you all in January either in class or in our new gym Phenomenal Fitness!

Firstly thank you so much to everyone for your kind words and messages of support. It has been a crazy few months but we are so grateful for all your encouragement. Thank you to everyone who called down to train, sign up or even just wish us well. It meant the world!

Secondly a personal thank you must go to our friends and family. You know who you all are. From cups of tea and coffee to help lifting machines and general cleaning and set up, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We would not be where we are today without all of you.

Finally to the main man behind this whole operation. To the man who had a dream. My husband Darren. You have worked tirelessly for months, risked it all and today you finally began to see the results of your determined efforts. I could not be more proud of what you have achieved!
