After a full week of training and a tough session this morning, the Ophir Men’s squad got some much-needed recovery in at Giants Recovery, Maghera.

A big thanks to Bronagh, owner of Giants Recovery, for looking after the lads and helping the team get ready for another big week of pre-season. 👏

The work continues as we build towards Pre-Season Game 2 vs Civil Service next Saturday.
