This gentle retreat is the perfect chance to slow down, breathe deeply and take some time just for you.

The day will include gentle yoga, a beautiful sound bath, time in nature and space to fully switch off.

There will also be the option to add on our private spa experience, including our wood-fired Mourne granite Sweathouse sauna, cold plunge and outdoor whirlpool bath.

You can also make it a full Willowtree escape with the option to book an overnight stay.

Perfect for a solo reset, a relaxing day with a friend, or a peaceful break in the Mournes.

Slow Yoga Retreat at Willowtree Retreats

Join us for a peaceful day of yoga, rest and deep relaxation in the heart of the Mournes.

This gentle retreat has been created to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings of Willowtree.

The day will include:

Grounding Hatha yoga in The Crannog
A nourishing lunch
A slow wander through the Willowtree gardens
A deeply relaxing sound bath with Naimh from Mourne Magic
Herbal tea and fruit to finish

There will also be the option to add on our private spa experience, including the wood-fired Mourne granite Sweathouse, cold barrel dip and hot tub.

Optional spa add-on: £20, payable on site.

This is a lovely day for anyone needing a pause, a reset, or simply some time away from the noise of everyday life.

Summer Slow Down Day Retreat at Willowtree Retreats

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting a beautiful summer day retreat in The Crannog at Willowtree Retreats on Sunday 5th July.

This will be a peaceful day of gentle yoga, deep rest and relaxation in the heart of the Mournes, created for anyone who feels like they need a proper pause.

We’ll begin at 11am with a grounding Hatha yoga class, followed by tea, a light snack and time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The afternoon will include a soft Yin or restorative yoga practice, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath and yoga nidra.

We’ll finish with a nourishing lunch, and there will also be the option to add on our new spa experience, including the wood-fired Mourne granite Sweathouse, cold barrel dip and hot tub.
