Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system that teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defense, self-protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others, all in unique and comprehensive teachings and way.

Join our full-time school in Dundalk town centre with our new 8 week Introduction to Krav Maga self defense and safety course.
◼ Learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones whether your at home, in work or out and about socialising. We are here to give you the neccessary skills and knowledge to prevent or survive dangerous situations
◼ Learn in a fully equipped safe and friendly environment from highly experienced certified instructors whilst improving your fitness and building your ability to defend yourself.
◼ You will learn how to defend yourself against empty hand, knife, stick and gun, ground defense, grabs and multiple aggressors.
◼Learn to improve your safety awareness with an effective game plan on how to prevent, escape or defend against aggressive situations.
