Cathal Fegan’s Taekwon-Do Clubs are having a stand up comedy night in Silverbridge GFC Clubrooms on Friday 16th of October. This event is to help raise funds for their team heading to the European championships.

🥋 RED/BLACK BELT CLASS – SILVERBRIDGE 🥋

A special Red/Black Belt Class will take place on Thursday 10th September, 6:30pm–8:00pm in Silverbridge.

This class is for any student who is planning to go for their Black Belt grading this December.

With summer officially over, we’re asking all students to wear their full Dobok and belt to every class from now on.

A full Dobok helps us maintain the standards, discipline and pride that are an important part of Taekwon-Do. 👊🥋

If you don’t currently have a Dobok and would like to purchase one, please speak to your instructor who will be happy to help.
